The present section dictates the current rules of Lechuzas Negras in all its areas and its non-compliance would be a sufficient reason for expulsion.
- Art 1. The lack of respect for any member is considered a very serious offense, so the member who infringes on this article will be expelled.
- Art 2. All pilots wishing to operate in Missions or Exercises must obtain Combat Ready (CR) certification, explained in the training section, whoever does not obtain this certification will not be allowed to operate an aircraft.
- Art 3. Lechuzas Negras will send emails, and messages pinged by discord to all members and will publish on this website the calendar and notices of active missions for the next dates, we are all obliged to read these emails and publications on the page, who do not do so will not be aware of the operations and exercises, the Staff is not obliged to repeat their work via Whatsapp as their work was sent by mail and published on the web, it is the responsibility of the pilot to comply with the established.
- Art 4. Punctuality and having everything ready for the mission, flight, and/or operation is paramount and as a rule, this must be complied with so as not to affect other pilots.
- Art 5. As of the present regulation, the leave of absence granted to pilots shall not exceed one month, if this leave of absence lasts more than one month the excused pilot will have to apply for a new one.
- Art 6. The use of Discord will be treated morally and professionally, this regulation it has forbidden the lack of control, the lack of respect for other colleagues’ justified or unjustified minds and comments whether they are of a joking nature, one thing is to have a good time in the company and another thing is to exceed.
- Art 7. Failure to comply with IVAO rules is considered a very serious offense and the pilot who infringes these rules, whether they are squadron or IVAO rules, will be expelled.
- Art 8. The use of squadron emblems, images, shields or symbology will be strictly for the benefit of the squadron or to give the correct image of the squadron. Therefore all unofficial use must be consulted with the CEO.
- Art 9. All flights flown in IVAO must be reported within 7 days on the website.
- Art 10. It is strictly forbidden to make flights without a pilot in command to make flight hours, being at the discretion of the board the expulsion of pilots who perform such actions.
- It is strictly forbidden to use any type of weapon against any object, structure, aircraft or person of civilian character, either explicitly or implicitly.
- The use of any form of weapons is only authorized within designated special areas that have been published in the IVAO data system and declared as “Weapon Range” by the Special Operations Staff of the relevant Division.
- A user may only use weapons when operating within the Division’s airspace as indicated in their profile. Exceptions to this are as follows;
- The user is participating in a Divisional or International Special Operations Event.
- Users have obtained permission from a Division other than their own to operate Special Operations flights in that Division. The user’s VID has been published in the Division’s Special Operations Order.
- Users are in a Division that has declared that permission is not required, which is stated in the Division’s Special Operations Order.
- The final authority on the use of weapons within a Division is the decision of the Divisional Special Operations Staff in establishing or not establishing a range.
- Art 11. Any file of any type or extension, document, RAR, MOD…. provided by the squadron to members is strictly forbidden for distribution.
- NSF” Non Scheduled Flight:
- They can fly with any aircraft as part of the vsog if it is in our fleet.
- Only flights departing from or arriving at your base.
- You may only fly over airfields with military control or infrastructure and no more than 4 aircraft operating at that time.
- No mission or operation may be carried out during the flight.
- Only flights in Spanish airspace.
- The callsign must follow the correlation.
- The registration must be in our fleet.
- In OPR/LECHUZAS NEGRAS.
- The flight report and call sign will be notified in academy.
- No non-squadron aircraft (pilots) involved in the flight are allowed.
Note: The Lechuzas Negras team reserves the right to: Change and/or add policy items without prior notice. If so, all members will be notified once the Policy has been finalized.
El presente apartado dicta la vigente normativa de Lechuzas Negras en todos sus ámbitos y su incumplimiento seria motivo suficiente para la expulsión.
- Art 1. La falta de respeto a algún miembro se le considera falta muy grave, por lo que el miembro que infringiera dicho articulo seria expulsado.
- Art 2. Todos los pilotos que desean operar en Misiones o Ejercicios han de obtener la certificación de vuelo (CR) Combat Ready, explicados en el apartado de formación, quien no obtenga dicha certificación no podrá operar una aeronave.
- Art 3. Lechuzas Negras enviara correos electrónicos, mensajes pingeados por discord a todos los miembros y publicara en esta web el calendario y avisos de las misiones activas para las próximas fechas, todos estamos obligados a leer dichos correos y publicaciones en la pagina, quien no lo haga no estará al tanto de las operaciones y ejercicios, el Staff no esta obligado a repetir su trabajo vía Wassapp ya que su trabajo lo envió por correo y publico en la web, es responsabilidad del piloto cumplir con lo establecido.
- Art 4. La puntualidad y el tenerlo todo preparado para la misión, vuelo y/o operación es primordial y como norma esto debe cumplirse para no afectar al resto de pilotos.
- Art 5. A partir de la presente normativa los permisos de excedencia otorgadas a pilotos no excederán el mes de duración, si esta excedencia durara mas de un mes el piloto excusado tendría que solicitar una nueva.
- Art 6. El uso del Discord vamos a tratarlo de manera moral y profesional, desde esta presente normativa se prohíbe el descontrol, la falta de respeto a otros compañeros justificada o injustificada mente y los comentarios ya sean de índole bromista, una cosa es pasar un buen rato en compañía y otra cosa es excederse.
- Art 7. El Incumplimiento de las normas de IVAO se considera falta muy grave y el piloto que infrinja dichas normativas ya sea las del escuadrón o las de IVAO sera expulsado.
- Art 8. El uso de emblemas, imagenes, escudos o simbologia del escuadron sera unicamente y estrictamente en pos de beneficiar o dar la correcta imagen de este. Por ello todo uso no oficial ha de ser consultado preciamente al CEO.
- Art 9. Todos los vuelos volados en IVAO deben ser reportados en un periodo de 7 dias en la web.
- Art 10. Queda totalmente prohibido la realización de vuelos sin piloto al mando para hacer horas de vuelo, quedando a juicio de la directiva la expulsión de los pilotos que realicen dichas acciones.
- Queda estrictamente prohibido el uso de cualquier tipo de arma contra cualquier objeto, estructura, aeronave o persona de carácter civil, ya sea de forma explícita o implícita.
- El uso de cualquier forma de armas solo está autorizado dentro de las áreas especiales designadas que han sido publicadas en el sistema de datos de IVAO y han sido declaradas como «Weapon Range» por el Estado Mayor de Operaciones Especiales de la División correspondiente.
- Un usuario solo puede usar armas cuando opera dentro del espacio aéreo de la División como se indica en su perfil. Las excepciones a esto son las siguientes;
- El usuario está participando en un Evento de Operaciones Especiales Divisionales o Internacionales.
- Los usuarios han obtenido permiso de una División distinta a la suya para operar vuelos de Operaciones Especiales en esa División, y el VID del usuario se ha publicado en la Orden de Operaciones Especiales de la División.
- Los usuarios están en una división que ha declarado que no se requiere permiso, y esto se establece en la Orden de Operaciones Especiales de la División.
- La autoridad final sobre el uso de armas dentro de una División es la decisión del Estado Mayor de Operaciones Especiales de la División al establecer o no establecer un rango.
- Art 11. Todo archivo del tipo o extensión que sea, documento, RAR, MOD… facilitado por el escuadrón a los miembros queda totalmente prohibido su distribución
- Vuelos “NSF” Non Scheduled Flight:
- Son los vuelos queue puede realizar cualquier miembro del escuadron por cuenta propia en cualquier momento sin ser causa de un evento, mision o entrenamiento organizado por el escuadrón.
- Podrán realizar cualquier vuelo con cualquier aeronave como parte de la vsog si esta en nuestra flota.
- Únicamente vuelos con salida o llegada a su base.
- Solo se podrá circular por aeródromos con control o infraestructura militar y no más 4 aviones operando en ese momento.
- No se podrá realizar ninguna misión o operación en el vuelo.
- Solo vuelos en espacio aéreo español.
- El indicativo debe seguir la correlación.
- La matricula/registration deberá estar en nuestra flota.
- En OPR/LECHUZAS NEGRAS.
- Se notificará el reporte del vuelo y su indicativo en academia.
- No se permite en el vuelo aeronaves (pilotos) involucradas que no sean del escuadrón.
